EAC Certificate
Customs Union (TR CU) Its certification replaces the Gost System. The Customs Union Commission has decided that the Russian Gost R certificates of conformity and declarations issued (obtained) until the entry into force of these regulations for products subject to the technical regulations of the Customs Union will be valid until March 15, 2015.
In accordance with the decision of the Eurasian Economic Community Commission No. 293 and dated 25 December 2012; Certificate formats to be applied in the Customs Union were legalized within the framework of Technical Regulations and started to be implemented as of February 15, 2013. This application is still valid for the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Belarus. The certificate has 4 levels of security protection.
This certificate; It means certifying the compliance of the products imported by the Customs Union countries with the applicable laws and Technical Legislations.
This certificate can be issued for a certain number of products, on a batch basis or on the basis of 1, 3, 5 years of mass production.
Organizations and laboratories authorized to issue this certificate are authorized within the framework of the Customs Union general accreditation (our Accreditation).
EAC Customs Union Sample testing and a visit to the manufacturing plant are required for certification. Test results are delivered with the certificate. In addition, all documents issued during the certification are registered in the Customs Union database and the existence and content of the certificate can be examined by everyone at all customs.
For TR CU Customs Union Certification, an officially registered "Representative Firm" in any of the member countries is required.
According to the Customs Union Technical Regulations, a mark confirming the Customs Union market circulation/sales approval is placed on the product that meets the eligibility criteria. logo should be used (Eurasian Conformity).Content of the Certificate of Conformity to the Technical Regulations of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Belarus Customs Union

8 – Name of the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan. The certificate is issued based on this technical regulation.
